Position: Full Stack Developer

Salary Range: $50k – $75k

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and create scalable and high-availability client-facing web applications for user management, service management, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system configuration.
• Create dashboards to convey system performance, results and events to the user.
• Test and deploy your solutions to cloud-based infrastructure.
• Interface your solutions with company’s internal software, backend systems and databases, as well as 3^rd party software systems.
• Debug and resolve software or related system issues.
• Participate in team meetings and design reviews to help drive system improvements.
• Create documentation of system designs and decisions.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Web Development or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Full Stack or Front-End Developer
• Front-end web application development experience using languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with front-end web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Experience deploying web applications to cloud-based infrastructure such as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
• Experience integrating front and back-end systems with 3^rd party software applications using HTTP requests, APIs, Webhooks, etc.

Desired Experience:

• Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask or FastAPI
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) and writing automated tests
• Experience with typical software development tools (ex: Git, Jira)
• Experience with data security and encryption when transiting and storing user data
• Experience working in a start-up environment
• Relevant project experience relating to one or more of the following:
  • Web-applications that involve user management (account creation, account management, login, etc.)
  • Systems that require the user to enter & manage data and configuration settings
  • Payment systems (collecting user payment information, financial transactions, re-occurring payments, etc.)
  • Systems that handle audio inputs and/or outputs
  • Chatbots or other IVR platforms
