Syntheia Announces Receipt Of Conditional Approval For Listing On The Canadian Securities Exchange

Toronto, Ontario – August 21, 2024 – MetaWorld Corporation (dba Syntheia) (“Syntheia”) is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval (“Conditional Approval“) to list the common shares of Veta Resources Inc. (“Veta”) following the completion of the amalgamation transaction between Veta and Syntheia (the “Resulting Issuer”) on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE“).

Tony Di Benedetto, CEO of Syntheia, commented, “We are pleased to report we have received conditional approval to list on the CSE and are now diligently working toward completing the transaction with Veta and closing the second tranche of the concurrent financing which we are confident we will be able to complete in the coming weeks. Commencement of trading is now anticipated to occur in the second half of September 2024 and represents a major milestone for Syntheia as our conversational AI platform moves to full commercialization.

The Conditional Approval to list on the CSE (the “Listing“) is contingent upon the Resulting Issuer meeting specific requirements set by the CSE, including, without limitation: (i) completion of the concurrent financing of Syntheia; (ii) posting on SEDAR+ the required documents, including Form 2A – Listing Statement and other forms that may be required by the CSE; and (iii) completion of any and all outstanding CSE application documentation and payment of fees pursuant to the policies of CSE. Syntheia is committed to satisfying these conditions promptly and expects to secure final approval following the completion of the final tranche of the ongoing concurrent financing of subscription receipts.

Veta and Syntheia will provide a further update with respect to the date of Listing upon completion of the final tranche of the concurrent financing and submission of the final documentation with CSE.
